Integrative Medicine
Integrative medicine combines various natural and complementary therapies to treat individuals holistically. Its focus is on comprehensive and holistic diagnosis and treatment, with the primary goal of identifying the underlying causes of complaints and addressing them within a holistic therapeutic framework.
A holistic approach is taken by viewing the person as a whole, considering not only physical but also energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of their health. This approach aims to restore optimal harmony between the body, mind, and spirit to promote health effectively.
The main goal is not necessarily to combat diseases but rather to strengthen and harmonize the body's internal environment. It is applied not only for chronic complaints but also as a preventive measure to maintain health and prevent potential illnesses.
Chronic diseases and complaints often have multifactorial causes, meaning they arise from the interplay of numerous environmental factors. We are committed to identifying these disruptive influences and eliminating them through targeted, individualized treatments.

Holistic Diagnosis
Detailed Medical History
A medical history (Anamnese) is the systematic collection of a patient's health history. It provides crucial information about symptoms, past illnesses, medication intake, family medical history, and living conditions. A thorough medical history is essential for accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment. It offers a comprehensive understanding of the patient's health status, identifies risk factors, detects medical emergencies early, and enhances communication between the therapist and the patient. Additionally, all previous examinations, such as lab results, are considered during the medical history interview.
Physical Examination
The physical examination is of central importance in medical practice as it enables the therapist to gather crucial information about the patient's health status that cannot be captured solely through medical history and laboratory tests. We utilize classical methods (such as blood pressure measurement as well as analysis of breath and heart sounds) as well as neurological examinations such as reflex testing.
Laboratory diagnostics
Laboratory examinations play a crucial role in medical diagnosis and treatment as they provide essential information that cannot be obtained solely through clinical observations and medical history. These include blood, stool, urine, and hair analyses.
Kinesiology
As an advanced diagnostic method, kinesiological testing can provide a valuable complement. Kinesiology utilizes manual muscle testing both for diagnosing physical conditions and assessing psychological disorders.
Holistic therapy approaches
Neuraltherapy
Neural therapy is a holistic treatment method aimed at pain relief and regulation of the nervous system.
This therapy is based on the principle that disturbances in the body can be caused by disrupted electrical voltages or blockages in the nervous system. By administering targeted injections of small amounts of short-acting local anesthetics (e.g., procaine) at specific points in the body, these voltages or blockages are intended to be regulated, and the body's self-healing mechanisms activated. The focus is on what is known as interference field treatment (e.g., scar interference) and segment therapy (which influences internal organs and body regions).
The applications of neural therapy are diverse and include the treatment of acute and chronic pain, muscular tension, joint discomfort, migraines, neuralgia, as well as functional disorders of internal organs. Additionally, neural therapy can also be used as an adjunctive measure for pain relief and improving the quality of life in various chronic conditions.
Environmental medicine
Environmental medicine is a medical specialty that deals with the effects of the environment on human health. It examines the interactions between environmental factors such as air pollution, contaminants in water, chemical substances in food, electromagnetic fields, and other environmental stressors, as well as the biological responses of the human body. This often involves symptoms that are not clearly defined and do not have an obvious cause or have developed gradually over time.
Detoxification
Detoxification is a process aimed at cleansing the body of harmful substances that may have accumulated over time. These substances can enter the body through various sources such as environmental pollution, unhealthy diet, alcohol, tobacco, medications, and stress. Given the constant increase in environmental toxins in our surroundings, it is advisable to detoxify and support the body optimally in this process.
Immunotherapy
Immunotherapy aims to stabilize and balance the immune system. Hyperactive immune reactions are dampened, while low immune activity is enhanced. Immunomodulating substances are used to specifically regulate the immune system.
Orthomolecular medicine
Orthomolecular medicine is an approach to treatment that aims to promote health by providing the body with optimal levels of nutrients. This medical discipline emphasizes the importance of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other essential substances for maintaining health and treating diseases.
Phytotherapy
Phytotherapy, also known as herbal medicine or herbalism, is a medical practice based on the use of plants and plant-derived products for the prevention and treatment of diseases. This practice has a long history and is rooted in many cultures around the world.
Homeopathy
Homeopathy considers the individual as a whole and aims to stimulate the body's own healing system. It takes into account not only the physical symptoms of an illness but also the emotional and mental state of the patient.
A key characteristic of homeopathy is the use of highly diluted substances that are potentized to enhance their healing power while minimizing potential toxicity. This process is achieved through repeated dilution and succussion of the original substance.
Homeopathic remedies can be administered in the form of small pellets, drops, tablets, or ointments. They are often prescribed individually, based on the specific symptoms and constitution of the patient.
Frequency Medicine
Frequency medicine is a holistic therapeutic approach based on the scientific understanding that every cell and tissue in the human body is characterized by specific electromagnetic frequencies. The aim of this method is to harmonize the body's natural frequencies and support self-healing processes through the targeted application of vibrations.
Apitherapy
Apitherapy is a natural healing method that harnesses the therapeutic properties of bee products such as honey, propolis, royal jelly, beeswax, and bee venom. These valuable substances contain a variety of enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that strengthen the immune system, have anti-inflammatory effects, and promote the body’s healing process.
Infusions/Injections
Infusions or injections aim to supply the body with necessary nutrients and eliminate toxins. In infusion therapy, active substances are administered intravenously into the bloodstream to achieve a faster, more targeted, and intensive effect than conventional methods. Injections, such as a Vitamin B12 injection, can be administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
Gut health
Gut health is crucial for optimal health. Our gut flora, also known as the microbiome, consists of a variety of different microorganisms. These microbes outnumber our body cells and amount to about 100 trillion. The microbiome plays a central role in the immune system, with an estimated 70-90% of our immune protection believed to depend on the gut. Additionally, the gut is involved in detoxification processes. It is now known that an unhealthy gut flora can contribute to numerous diseases. Therefore, optimizing gut flora is a fundamental step for optimal health.
Prevention
Preventive health measures are preventative actions aimed at preventing diseases or slowing their progression before they occur or become serious. These measures focus on promoting health, reducing risk factors, and enhancing well-being.
Often, patients experience performance improvements through preventive therapeutic measures, which can be especially significant for athletes.

How does an alternative medical treatment proceed?
For new patients or initial appointments, an extensive medical history is first gathered. Particularly with chronic illnesses or complaints, numerous important details need to be considered that cannot be captured in a brief medical history. Following this, a physical examination and kinesiological testing are conducted. Subsequently, all results are summarized and discussed in a concluding session. Additionally, further diagnostic measures, such as laboratory tests, are explained.
How long does an alternative medical treatment take?
How will the first consultation proceed?
Please arrive at the practice about 10 minutes before your appointment and bring all previous medical findings related to the issue for which you scheduled the appointment.
If available, please bring the following documents:
- CT, MRI, ultrasound reports
- Lab results
- Panoramic dental X-ray (OPG, PSA)
- Vaccination card
- Medical history questionnaire (you will receive this via email and can fill it out at home and bring it to the practice. Alternatively, you can fill out the questionnaire at the practice. In this case, please arrive 15 minutes earlier to complete the questionnaire on-site at your own pace).
How many treatments are necessary?
The number of required treatments varies individually and depends on several factors. Each patient brings a unique health history and specific complaints that require a tailored treatment strategy. The nature and severity of the symptoms, the duration of the existing problem, and the individual response to treatment significantly influence the treatment plan.
Another important aspect is the overall health status of the patient, including age, fitness level, and lifestyle, all of which influence healing and rehabilitation. Our priority is to pursue a personalized approach to achieve optimal results and ensure sustainable improvement in health and quality of life.
