Red light/infrared therapy
Red light therapy is a gentle, non-invasive method that harnesses the beneficial properties of light. Its popularity is steadily increasing — not least because it offers numerous health benefits without the typical side effects associated with many conventional medications. This form of therapy uses special LED lamps that emit light in the red and near-infrared spectrum.
The emitted light can penetrate deep into the skin and acts directly on the cells. Unlike sunlight, it does not contain harmful UV rays, which means the skin is not exposed to potential damage. Instead, only safe and soothing red and infrared light is used.
While red light mainly affects the upper layers of the skin, infrared light penetrates even deeper — reaching muscles and underlying tissues.
